Edward is the Vice President of DSC Products and is known for being the team’s “coach.” His position involves everything from providing strategic leadership to establishing long-range goals, and implementing plans and policies. After 57 years in the field, Edward attributes his success to continually building solid relationships with DSC’s team and customers. His biggest accomplishment has been keeping 30-40 people employed for over 35 years.
During the summer months, you can find Edward sailboat racing and enjoying the outdoors.
Logan has been an entrepreneur since age 12, so it’s no surprise he’s found success in helping shape DSC into what it is today. In 2017, he became President, doing everything from purchasing to human resources to budgeting and financing. He has grown up working in and around small businesses, which heightened his passion for creating structured growth within DSC’s organization. Logan strives for all employees, customers, distributors, and investors to continually benefit from the operations of DSC. His greatest achievement so far has been reshaping the personality of DSC into a company that is constantly seeking strategic growth within the marketplace.
Aside from his President duties, a few of his favorite things are boating, personal fitness, trying new restaurants, and attending Central Wesleyan Church.
Jack is DSC’s Detergent Plant Manager. He oversees the daily operations of purchasing, employee relations, receiving, testing, and software management; not to mention he also helps with new product development. With over 67 years of experience, his passion for working with people has helped shape the friendly atmosphere at DSC. Jack values his ability to understand manufacturing and inventory software, and utilizes those talents on the job.
When Jack isn’t busy running the plant, he’s most likely adventuring to his next scuba diving destination.
As Office Manager, Sandy excels at providing customer and employee care, supporting the team, and managing day-to-day operations with efficiency. After almost 17 years at DSC, her patient, caring, and kind attitude has helped keep our employees and customers satisfied. Sandy’s goal is to always put our customers first and provide them with a positive and helpful experience. What she loves most is being a mother to her two children and three “furry animal children.”
On the personal side, she loves enjoying the beauty of Lake Michigan, traveling to Florida and Texas to visit and spend time with family, and walking her dogs. If it was up to Sandy, she would rescue all the homeless animals she could!
Bailey is the Office Assistant at DSC, but she didn’t start there. After graduating from high school, her first position at DSC was working in production. Her day-to-day activities involve accounts payable, accounts receivable, arranging shipments, and pretty much being Sandy’s right hand. She’s currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, and her biggest accomplishment has been maintaining a 4.0 GPA as a full-time student and working full-time at DSC.
Bailey’s favorite activities are hunting, horseback riding, camping, enjoying a country music concert, or doing anything outdoors.
John is the Shipping and Receiving Manager at DSC. A day on the job involves handling materials, stocking shelves, helping with production, and scheduling shipments – all while keeping everything in the warehouse organized and ready for shipment. He enjoys being part of the DSC team and feels they really care about their customers and employees to the full extent.
On the weekends you can find John rooting for his favorite team, the Michigan Wolverines, or enjoying time outdoors fishing, hunting, or camping. After a hard day’s work, he likes to spend time with family and friends.
Paul has been at DSC for almost 14 years. He assists in the daily operations of the Detergent Plant, taking inventory, formulating our chemicals, and packaging the finished product to ship to our customers. Over the years, we’ve appreciated Paul’s dedication to working hard and getting things done. His varied skillset and friendly attitude have made him a perfect fit for DSC. At the end of the day, he’s most thankful for his five children.
If it was up to Paul, he would choose to spend the day kayaking on the lake.
Richard’s 34 years of mechanical experience have given him the necessary skills to take on the role of DSC’s go-to maintenance guy. His day-to-day activities involve repairing, maintaining, and improving machinery. Richard has been an extremely important asset to our company when it comes to making sure our equipment is functioning and running smoothly. He takes pride in making a difference at DSC and working in such a friendly environment.
Outside of keeping the machinery in tip-top shape, he enjoys fishing, hunting, and spending time with family.
Our distributors put lots of hard work into opening stores, selling products, and building relationships with their customers. That’s what makes them a good fit for DSC. They care about the products they offer and the results they provide and quality is their top priority.
